Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using, accessing, or downloading any of the services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use, access, or download any of the Services. This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference our Terms of Service, which include an arbitration agreement and class action waiver that govern how disputes between us will be resolved.
UPDATING THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to the way in which we use information we collect, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you, our business client, (such as by emailing you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on our website and/or the App, or by other means consistent with applicable law) and will take additional steps as required by applicable law. It is your responsibility to review the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any updates to this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue accessing or using the Services. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
When you access or use the Services, we may collect certain categories of information about your business from a variety of sources. This Privacy Policy covers our use of any information that can or could be used to identify your business or its authorized representatives ("Business Data"). It does not cover information which cannot be used to identify your business ("Anonymous Data"). We need to collect and use certain Business Data to provide the Services to you and fulfill the promises we make to you in the Terms of Service. Some features of the Services may require you to directly enter certain information about your business or its authorized representatives. We provide you with choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your Business Data. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features. Information that you directly submit through our Services may include:
A. Account and Registration. Businesses may access our App by registering an Account with us. The Business Data we collect as part of the Account creation process includes the business's legal name, address, contact information for authorized representatives (first and last name, email, phone number), username, password, information to confirm the representative is authorized to use the Services and use the App on behalf of the business, and payment information for any service fees (for example, your name and email associated with your payment account). We may also ask you or allow you to submit certain optional information, which may include your updated usernames, preferences, and other profile information related to your business.
B. External Account Sign-On. You may be required to have an account with a supported external single sign-on service in order to use some of our Services. Where this is the case, the Business Data we collect also depends on which external accounts you choose to use, their privacy policy, and what your privacy settings with those services allow us to see when you use their services to access our Services. This information will be related to the business and its representatives, not individual users.
If you choose to link your Google account to the Services, we will collect your Google email address and an authentication token provided by Google.
If you choose to link your Facebook account to the Services, we will collect a unique user ID provided by Facebook and, if permitted by you, your Facebook registered email address.
If you choose to link your Apple account to the Services, we will collect your email address on file with your Apple ID account or a private relayed email address if you use the Hide My Email option provided by Apple.
Depending on the particular Service you sign up for, we may support other external single sign-on services and collect additional Business Data from them. Some external providers may notify you that they make additional information, such as your public profile, available to us when you use their single sign-on services. We do not collect this information from them.
C. Location. We may collect and use device location information as your authorized representatives interact with our Services. This data may encompass movements and in-app events, which is essential for certain location-based services or fraud prevention measures. Additionally, we gather information about in-app actions, achievements, and mobile device details (including identifiers, OS, model, settings, and installed third-party applications) to operate our Services and personalize your experience. An internal account ID is generated when you use certain Services. All this information is also utilized to provide you with technical and customer support.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, any business client information owned or controlled by us may be one of the assets transferred to third parties. We reserve the right, as part of this type of transaction, to transfer or assign your business's data and other information we have collected from business clients of the Services to third parties. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, the use and disclosure of all transferred user information will be subject to this Privacy Policy. However, any information you submit or that is collected after this type of transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.
